Demolition Crews:
Our primary goal is to provide you with the best-trained, most professional Demolition Crews in the business. Our services start in the office, where our highly skilled staff is ready to take care of your every need. Our training programs include CAL OSHA, First Aid and CPR training for all of our Foreman, and Forklift and Scissor Lift Certification for our men in the field.
Our crews are trained in every aspect of Demolition, from preparation work to insure that nothing outside of the scope of the job is damaged, to protection of all floor coverings, elevators and adjacent tenant spaces. We pay particular attention to the details of clean up. When we leave your site, all that is left behind are empty Tenant Spaces and smiles on the faces of our clients.
Clean Up Crews:
Interior Removal Specialist Inc. provides crews to clean up any trash, debris, or left over furnishings and/or carpet from your previous Tenants. We also provide crews to clean up your ongoing construction projects.
Community Service:
Interior Removal Specialist, Inc. is committed to giving back to the community. We make it a point to donate as many of the reusable items from our demolition jobs as we can find homes for. We are working with the Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, The St. Vincent DePaul Society, and many other charities to donate cabinets, doors, and office furniture left in the spaces we demo. To date we have donated over 600,000.00 pounds of salvaged materials to organizations that cannot afford to buy these things new. We believe that these items are too useful to throw away. We donate the extra labor involved so that we may, with your help, assist the less fortunate.
Award Winning Recycling Program:
For outstanding efforts to reduce waste and protect the environment, Interior Removal Specialist Inc. has three times been named a winner in the Waste Reduction Awards Program (WRAP) sponsored by the California Integrated Waste Management Board. Interior Removal Specialist, Inc. has received the award for 2001, 2002, and 2003, and we are confident that we will again receive the award for 2004. Interior Removal Specialist, Inc. is also in the running to receive the Governors Award for Environmental and Economic Leadership. This marks the first time that we are being considered for this prestigious award.
We regularly recycle 60 to 80 percent of all materials we remove from Tenant Improvement Demolition jobs. Our recycling efforts have enabled us to divert over 12,000,000.00 pounds of drywall and 300,000.00 pounds of ceiling tile from landfills. We have also channeled over 600,000.00 pounds of assorted materials to non-profit groups throughout Southern California, including more that 40,000.00 pounds of computers to Goodwill, which they have reconditioned and used to train their clients.
